About the role
Hubstead is a growing team looking for a Senior AI/ML Developer on a contractor agreement (remote, London, UK). You'll join a small, async-first team and own meaningful work from week one.
What you'll do
- Own AI/ML development work at a senior level, end to end, from planning to delivery
- Work closely with the hiring manager and the wider team
- Raise the bar on full-stack development across the team
- Share progress in writing and help shape how the team works
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in senior-level AI/ML development
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development
- Experience working well as part of a team
- Experience communicating with clients
- Experience working remotely
- Clear written communication and comfort working async
- Ownership: you flag risks early and follow through
